BOMBSHELL: FBI Finds Secret Burn Bags That Reveal…

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is once again under scrutiny after revelations emerged that classified documents were discovered inside secret “burn bags” at FBI headquarters.

These bags, long used to dispose of sensitive materials, were reportedly found to contain information directly tied to Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the Trump-Russia probe.

Kash Patel, a former top investigator and key ally of President Donald Trump, discovered the documents while conducting a routine review. According to Fox News, the discovery was made in a hidden room at FBI headquarters that had been overlooked for years. Patel stated, “These files were stuffed into burn bags, clearly marked for destruction.”

The most explosive item found among the contents was a 29-page classified annex to Durham’s final report. Patel has described the annex as containing foreign intelligence and internal FBI communications that could reveal that Crossfire Hurricane was politically motivated from its inception.

“This annex is the missing puzzle piece,” Patel told Fox News. “It shows how the FBI leadership pushed the Trump-Russia collusion narrative without verified intelligence.”

The documents are now reportedly under review by Senator Chuck Grassley, ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Grassley’s office has confirmed that they are preparing the materials for declassification and congressional examination.

According to Fox News, Patel emphasized that the annex includes intelligence from foreign partners that questioned the FBI’s reasoning for launching Crossfire Hurricane. This raises further doubts about the legitimacy of the bureau’s investigation.

Patel claims these documents should have been included in Durham’s final report but were instead sidelined or ignored. “This is evidence of deliberate concealment,” Patel asserted.

Conservatives have long argued that the FBI’s 2016 probe into President Donald Trump’s campaign was based on faulty premises and partisan objectives. These newly uncovered documents appear to bolster that position.

Patel also criticized the FBI’s document handling procedures, calling the use of burn bags for such materials “a blatant attempt to destroy key evidence.” He added, “No one hides documents like this unless they have something to cover up.”

Fox News reports that Patel is working with legal experts to push for the immediate declassification of the annex, which could soon become a major topic in upcoming House Judiciary hearings.

Patel has been leading efforts to reform FBI transparency and claims this discovery proves his warnings were justified. “We’ve been saying for years that there’s a deeper rot inside the FBI. Now we have the proof.”

Grassley’s office has confirmed that it is working with the appropriate intelligence officials to review the security implications of releasing the annex. A public release is expected within weeks.

This development has reignited calls for accountability among top FBI brass who led the Trump-Russia probe. Patel pointed directly to former FBI Director James Comey and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, saying, “They need to answer for this.”

Durham’s 2023 report already found significant flaws in the FBI’s conduct but did not lead to major prosecutions. This annex could change that equation entirely, according to Patel.

The FBI has not issued an official statement regarding the discovery. When reached by Fox News, a spokesperson declined to comment on Patel’s findings.

Supporters of President Donald Trump are calling this a major vindication. “It confirms what we’ve known all along,” said Rep. Jim Jordan. “The deep state tried to take out Trump.”

This comes as Trump continues to serve in the White House during his second term, reaffirming the America First agenda. The timing of these revelations could have profound consequences.

President Trump reacted on Truth Social, writing, “They tried to erase the truth, but we found it! Total exoneration!”

Sen. Lindsey Graham called for a full Senate hearing, saying, “If these documents are real, then the entire Crossfire Hurricane operation must be investigated anew.”

Conservative commentators are already highlighting the media’s silence. “Where is CNN? Where is MSNBC? They’re ignoring the biggest FBI scandal in a decade,” said Dan Bongino.
